iCare Mobile Medicine provides non-emergency mobile medical services. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.

While we strive to provide high-quality care, medical outcomes can vary based on individual circumstances. Our services do not replace your relationship with a primary care provider or specialist.

3. Eligibility for Services

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent to receive services. We reserve the right to decline services to anyone based on clinical judgment, location limitations, or operational capacity.

4. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled via our website, phone, or text. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.

Please note: We are a mobile service and must have safe access to your location at the scheduled time.

5. Payment and Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service unless arrangements have been made in advance. We may bill your insurance if we are contracted, but you are responsible for any charges not covered. Please verify coverage before booking.
